Selling a home with New Albany Realty and Rob Riddle (and team) was a 10/10 experience! We reached out to Rob about four months prior to listing our home because their marketing has always been so impressive. Rob was so knowledgable and helpful as he helped us prepare our home for list. The in house marketing team did a fantastic job of photographing and prepping materials for our listing and showings. Once we went live on listing, Rob and his team communicated with us what to expect and how the showings would go. We actually left town for a few days and the team showed our home over 40 times, including two open houses over the course of 2 and half days. It was incredible! Just 24 hours in, we were deciding with Rob which offer would be our best to accept. Once we were in contract, Andrea from his closing team was incredible in helping us navigate the closing process and communicating with our sellers. We closed seamlessly in 30 days and we have literally never had the sale of our house go more smoothly or quickly! A massive congrats to the entire NA Realty team for an absolute home run in selling our home!
